Original artwork description:

The painting 'Jewish street' was started to make in a city plein air last year and finished after one year. It talks about no name city (but the city and the house is real), which earlier was full of jewish people, who lived there and worked, had their trades and traditions, raised kids. Name of the place is not important, because it is one of many in Europe. As we know from history, everything has gone. At the moment jewish homes are empty and silently talk about their past we can only imagine.

The painting is made on thick canvas and ready to hang. Pictures are made as it is, without any adjustments.

Materials used:

Oil on canvas
