Water color on rough cotton art paper; the face of Meena Kumari .her magnum opus - was Pakeezah. considered one of the finest actors in Bollywood, and a star whose dazzling trajectory ended at age 38. I love travel but miss painting when I am away from the studio - I decided to carry this little kit to make small water colors of travel impressions or just stuff when I away. The Jet Lag Diaries were mostly painted during late nights in the aftermath of long international flights.
