I have an affinity for cows and enjoy drawing and printing the bovine form. Holsteins are a logical choice for graphic black and white images. But then along comes a Jersey with those huge soulful eyes and butterscotch coloured hide..... Here she is, in a Variable Edition (V.E.), some with Chine collée to add colour and others without.
