A break during a jazz concert. The bass player left his instrument on an ornamental carpet, the second set is going to start soon. The lighting falls on the red backstage in the background and the plants on the stage take on a red tint.
The artwork is made with acrylic and oil pastel on cotton canvas. The edges of the artwork are painted, so framing is not necessary.
