A four layer reduction linocut print of a Eurasian Jay bird sat in branches; the most colourful bird of the corvid family.
Starting with the lightest colour, I carved and then printed the linocut in four stages - yellow ochre, light blue, burnt umber and finally black.
Materials used:
Arnhem 100% cotton rag 250gsm paper and oil based relief inks
