This painting is part of a series made during a stay in the Tain-L’Hermitage, Tournon and surroundings.
I always have been inspired by a wide range of landscape subjects particularly in the south of France.

It was a lovely day in the Jardin Zen Garden, France, with a lot of artists from France, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, USA and UK who all came together to paint. My favourite method of painting in plein air. It’s a very graceful, romantic and peaceful place.
The picture is made in watercolor, unframed
