This painting would be an unexpected twist on traditional pin-up art in a bar area or workshop. Her Rocketeer-style jet pack and cute pose on riveted machinery adds to that vintage feel. This is one of my favorite paintings because she is so covered in Steampunked gear. The armor/exoskeleton that she is wearing is based on a real technology called the "HAL-5" exoskeleton. I did a lot of research to make sure that the tech was both cool and functional!
