This painting portrays a jag of light hitting the water of a lake at dusk. Inspired by countless walks around a small lake near my home. The piece is semi abstracted into a form of abstract impressionism.

The piece is painted using exceptional quality Old Holland and Winsor and Newton Artists' series oil paints and mediums with the highest ratings of permanence and light-fastness. The painting is on professional quality fine grain canvas by Belle Arti and is on a one inch wooden stretcher It is signed on the reverse The piece is 30 cm H x 30 cm W.
