Artwork description:

There are perhaps 30 or so pairs of jackdaws that live amongst the mature trees in our north east Aberdeenshire garden. The photographs are a direct response to Kim Jungman’s book “Can you hear the wind blow?”

Nine of the Jackdaws series were made into a handmade concertina fold book by the renowned book artist Shona Grant (please see my website for further details of the book).

I print on Fotospeed 315gsm fine art paper with Epson Ultrachrome® K3 inks. This is a beautiful acid free matt finish paper with a subtle surface texture that wonderfully compliments the photograph.

I will send the photograph flat packed. The print, in a clear acid free sleeve, is secured between two mounting boards for protection before being placed in a strong Colompac envelope. This protects the print from being creased and from corner damage.

The print is signed, numbered and dated on reverse. Please contact me at the time of purchase if you wish for a signature on the front.

Photographs posted within the UK are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which usually arrive the next day after dispatch before 1pm.

Photographs sent outside the UK are usually sent via UPS to ensure a smooth transit through customs and usually arrive within a week from dispatch.
