"Italian Style Red and White - Beyond Matter and Space" is a polyptych by Alessandro Butera that explores the duality and dialogue between two opposing and complementary chromatic forces: red and white. This unique artwork, composed of four 3D wall sculptures created with the extroflexion technique, follows in the footsteps of contemporary Italian Spatialism.

The four modules, three red and one white, each measuring 40x40x12 cm, are intended to be arranged with a 7 cm distance between them. This arrangement, in addition to creating an aesthetic effect of lightness and suspension, emphasizes the kinetic effect of the work, inviting the viewer to move to discover new perspectives and new plays of light and shadow.

The bright and passionate red bursts forth with its energy. The pure and luminous white contrasts and balances it. Light plays with the three-dimensional forms, creating an alternation of shadows and reflections.
