This is an original painting of a pair of tall trees, on the island of St. Mary's, the Isles of Scilly. The Scillies are a cluster of idyllic islands off the coast of Cornwall, England. The painting has a tall, narrow format, which nicely frames the horizontal layers of colour.

It is framed in a deep profile, black wood frame, as pictured.

It is protected with a high quality varnish.
