The many layers of transparent and semi-transparent paints in this piece help to create a sense of luminosity and warmth in this landscape, which seems to ask the viewer, what lies beyond the horizon? Is there something else creating the magical light in the scene?

The piece is painted using exceptional quality Old Holland and Winsor and Newton Artists' series oil paints and mediums with the highest ratings of permanence and light-fastness on a fine grain fully-archival Italian linen panel measuring 30 cm by 24 cm, which will fit many off-the-shelf frames.

The painting will be packaged following best-practice guidelines and despatched by signed for and fully tracked courier. It is signed on the reverse and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

All paintings are unframed unless otherwise stated.
