Original artwork description:

I painted this picture from life back in 2015 in the small town of Irpin, which is adjacent to Kyiv. Before, no one knew about this town, but after the Russian occupation in 2022, the whole world heard about Bucha, Irpin, and Hostomel. These cities are located close to each other. From the window of my apartment in Irpin, I can see Bucha, and Hostomel is on the side where I don't have a window, but my neighbors do.

The house depicted here no longer exists; it was destroyed by Russian occupiers. But now, another house stands in its place, built on the site of the old one. It looks completely different. However, the same people who managed to survive during the occupation still live there. This is a story of terrifying terror, the struggle for the existence of Ukraine, and its rebirth from the ashes like a Phoenix. The war is still ongoing, but they won't take Ukraine!

Oil painting on canvas, 30X40cm large and 1,5 cm deep, or 12"x16" large and 0.6" deep.

I send my pictures with the delivery by postal service Ukrposhta with EMS which means that they arrive in 7-14 days at any destination around the world. Due to the war in Ukraine, there may be delays.
