About the Artist
Oleksii Chebotaru is a professional Ukrainian artist who received academic art education and has been dedicated to painting for over 20 years. He works in the style of Impressionism, creating emotional, light-filled landscapes inspired by the ever-changing beauty of nature.

“I am inspired by nature and moments that are easily overlooked. Through my paintings, I strive to capture the impression — fleeting but vivid,” says the artist.

Oleksii is also a musician, and this influence is evident in his work: his paintings are filled with rhythm, tonal harmony, and inner musicality, with each piece resonating like a unique melody.

The artist has developed a distinctive expressive language combining spontaneous brushstrokes, a delicate play of light, and a sense of movement. His works are easily recognizable for their vibrant color palette and emotional depth.

The artist’s visual language refers to the legacy of masters such as Claude Monet, Édouard Manet, Vincent van Gogh, and Paul Cézanne, while also carrying a modern sensuality and individuality.

Oleksii has participated in over 40 solo and group exhibitions in Ukraine and abroad, and his works are part of private collections and museums in France, Italy, Spain, Montenegro, Germany, Turkey, the Netherlands, the UAE, China, Japan, the USA, and other countries.
