Original artwork description:

Having originally trained and worked as a textile designer, I'm always drawn to pattern and texture, which reflects in my painting style. This is an oil painting of a few of my favourite coats and jackets. The textural effects were made using a base layer of textured gesso, and thin semi transparent layers of oil paints.
