This is an exhilirating scene. The red,gong buoy indicates that the ship is heading out to sea though a storm is raging and the sea state is at seven on the Beaufort scale. These sea tugs go to sea to offer assistance to other ships in need while most other vessels are securely tied to their jetty with the crew on shore.
