She carries with her bundles of wood for the fire and plants for sustenance, basic yet vital offerings to survive the journey. The forest looms dark and foreboding, its shadowy forms seemingly alive, teeming with ancient energies and unknown threats. Faces and creatures appear within the gnarled trees, watching, judging, perhaps waiting to see if she will falter._x000D_ _x000D_ But her steps are resolute. She moves forward, knowing that beyond the darkness lies the light. The journey through the menacing forest symbolizes the trials we all face—the struggles, the doubts, the fears that attempt to break us. Yet, it is through these very challenges that we find our strength. The darkness does not define her; it is merely the terrain she must cross. What defines her is the fire she carries within, the will to move forward despite it all._x000D_ _x000D_ Emerging from the shadows, she steps into the light. I’m a London-based artist, and my work often reflects vivid and surreal imagery inspired by my unique experience with REM intrusion—a condition where dream-like visions can appear while I’m awake. My paintings explore the boundary between waking reality and the dream world, using layered compositions to create a sense of depth and movement. I paint with high-quality materials and put a lot of thought into texture and detail. My process is a mix of intuitive brushwork and deliberate layering, aiming to create pieces that are rich in emotion and invite you to see something new each time you look at them.
