As I was enjoying the shade on a favorite trail, this deer gracefully crossed the sunny path in front of me and disappeared into the tall grasses on the other side. In this peaceful landscape painting, the open meadow and and far hills are visible in the background. The overall feeling is warm with various greens, yellows, red-orange and blues. The beautiful dark solid wood frame complements it wonderfully.
