Original artwork description:

Very recently I started loosening my brush work. The reason for that was that I wanted to experiment with a minimalist approach to painting with watercolours. While loosening up the general style I still focus on the eyes and the animal's character.

The result are very artistic and intriguing portraits of endangered cats such as the lion cub depicted in "Intimate".

He seems to stare right into the viewers soul, just looking and without any accusations. My aim was to convey a sense of the purity of life.

The colours might vary slightly due to different lighting.

The painting is sold UNFRAMED and will be packed securely in an enforced envelope.
