Artwork description:

This image is created from original photographs taken in Blakeney on the North Norfolk Coast. It has been created by layering and juxtaposing up to 30 different photographs to create an entirely new scene, which captures a sense of this beautiful coastline, made up of salt marshes but leaves room for your own imagination.

I wanted to play with the way the vertical poles on the edge of the quay cut up the view and I wove the sails form the boats in and out of them to play with the idea of foreground and background. This is where the title 'Interwoven' comes from
