This work is purely emotional and explores the emotions of feeling that something, an idea or concept, that has divided how I feel about a particular thing. In this case, it is how I feel about being an artist, sometimes my artistic practice seems intersected by my academic pursuits. It is painted in the style of abstract expressionism.

This work is painted on 12 oz gallery canvas and has been sealed with varnish. The canvas is hand-stretched onto a frame is 180 cm in width by 161 cm in height.

This work was created on the 25th day of June 2020.
