The artwork title comes from the process involved in creating my portraiture works, taking what I see inside a person and layering those emotions on the surface of a canvas with my brushes. As I do so it can't be helped that part of who I am on the inside gets blended into the paint, so in the end it's a mix of emotional DNA, a bit like bringing a child into the world...
Oil on canvas 60x60cm
UV varnished to help protect against sunlight and everyday dirt and dust.
Sides have been painted so no framing is required unless wished. Ready to hang with a hanging wire attached.
Securely packed with layers of bubble wrap and cardboard.
