In creating this artwork I was inspired by the orangery in Kyiv. I really love botanical gardens and orangeries in cities, it’s like an oasis of calm, a teleport to your favorite tropics, a place to be alone with yourself.

As in my other works, there are other meanings here. about the migration of tropical plants, their life in an unusual environment and comparison with the current situation of human migration.

This work participates in the exhibition "I love Kyiv" which will take place from September 26 in Kyiv, gallery "Mytets".

My work here is a single copy of my unique and original handiwork. It is made on special, high-quality 100% cotton paper designed for watercolor from the world’s best manufacturers and has a density of 300 grams/meter.
