We are surrounded by pixels that animate the images and give life to our screens, making us immerse in a whole new dimension.
Assunta Cassa, with her original technique, crystallizes these pixels, isolates them, mixes them and materializes them on the canvases, giving works a quantum effect and showing us a reality that fragments to recondense itself in a single image, filtered by its sensitivity and his life, to tell us about a world ruled by a time different from the classical one, dominated by its constant flow.
In this work a young woman searches for her space, scans the horizon to measure her limits, pushes her gaze towards the future.
Below her, the city seems to catch fire and the young woman, sitting on the roof, expands her time and seeks her horizon, in an attempt to dominate her destiny and communicate her existence.
The girl represented, for the artist, all the boys of the world, in a temporal dimension, in a city that is not a specific place but represents all the cities; the pixels are transfused into each other, telling the close connection between the protagonist and the metropolis, between her life and the life that flows below her.

It is the energy of the Soul in its Universal dimension in which everyone can find their own fragment of existence.
