Original artwork description:

I started this painting after the beginning of the war in Ukraine, with feelings of fear, sadness and despair. Sunflower as the symbol of Ukraine is withering and the center of the flower is like a black hole in the eyes of the witnesses of the war.
But during the process of the work my feelings have changed. Any period has its end, after dark nights the sun rises, after winter, the trees bloom again, the sunflower seeds will fall to the earth fertilized by ashes and the sunflower fields will bloom and the Ukraine will prosper again. The painting is called "Inevitability" because spring, whatever comes before it, is inevitable.
