Sometimes the evenings are just like that - indigo. It seems to be fine on the day, but when the sun's disk begins to sink behind the mountains to the west and its last rays cast golden reflections on the surrounding hills, the sky turns pastel pink-purple .... and here it is finally this magical indigo blue!
The color of the sky reflected on the surface of the lake. What a view! Indigo and gold!

Oils, acrylic, gesso, charcoal, on canvas and wooden subframe.
