This is a plein air painting, I went out to paint and the wind was vicious , I was frantically painting to get this one on the canvas. My easel almost went over twice that morning. Everyone who has seen this painting loves it. Maybe the difficulty in painting it created the strong movement and spontaneity of the piece.
