An original oil painting on canvas by Australian artist Scott Maxwell

This atmospheric abstract painting is inspired by the Australian landscape that I live in. I purposely kept the paint surface loose, I did not want to mess with it too much.

This painting is on a thick edged stretched canvas, the edges are painted black and a hanging wire is attached to the back so it is ready to hang on your wall without a frame.

This painting stretcher frame is slightly warped, it doesn't show on the wall. There are a couple of solutions. A frame would easily correct it. I'm happy to answer any queries and to provide more photos.
