I painting this seascape after I visited the shores of Lastres in the north of Spain. It was a warm winter and very stormy at the time, my kind of views. When painting this scene the colours just seemed to flow around the canvas instinctively. The sea and the clouds wanted to fill every space with energy.
This painting is sold ready to hang with a wire attached. The artwork does not require framing, but I do always recommend framing for best visual effect
Original painting using professional Oil paints on a starched canvas 30x30cm
Initialled on the front and signed and dated on the back.
UV varnished to help protect against sunlight and everyday dirt and dust.
