“In the Moon’s Drifting Light” is an ethereal abstract seascape oil painting 50 x 75cm (20 x 29.5 inches) on a 4cm (1.5 inch) deep canvas.

Painted after watching the full moon shining brightly over the sea in Hastings when the moon was drifting behind clouds and the light was dancing on the water. The title is from the song “The Sea Rose” by The Handsome Family.

It's painted in black, prussian blue, yellow and white. The paint is layered and blended and textured in parts and has a glossy sheen.

The image continues around the sides of the artwork and it is signed on the back. It’s ready to hang and comes with a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity.

Please note the in situ images are not to scale but hopefully they give an good idea of how the painting will look in a modern interior.

Shipping is free in the UK and very quick, the painting should arrive within 48 hours of despatch.
