“In the Meadow” is 16” x 20” (or 40.6 x 50.8 cm) oil painting on stretched canvas.

This painting has a slight impasto texture as you can see from the images. The oil paints were applied thickly on the last stage. A variety of tools were used to create unique markings and textures.

When painting this imaginary place, I was inspired by French countryside which has inspired many other impressionist artists. Similarly, this piece was painted loosely in impressionistic painting style.
