Follow on work, carrying on from the big blue sky paintings exploring a special place I have recently discovered. This large painting endeavours to create the atmospheric effect these old trees have on their surroundings. There is a deep sense of melancholy about this place.

Edges of canvas are deep edged and will be white so the painting may be hung without a frame if so desired.

Painting is on highest quality cotton canvas over professionally made braced frame.

Painting will come pre varnished with a signed certificate of authenticity. It will have brass eyelits attached to rear with cord supplied and signed of course.
