“In the Element of Light” is an ethereal abstract seascape oil painting 60cm x 90cm (24 x 35.5 inches) on 4cm (1.5 inch) deep canvas.
Inspired by staring at the sea in Hastings on an Autumn day when the water was dark the sky was moody. There was a bright strip of light across the horizon illuminating an otherwise dull day. It’s titled from Airscape by Robyn Hitchcock
It's painted in shades of blue, black and white . The paint is layered and blended and has a slight glossy sheen The painting continues around the sides of the canvas and it is signed on the back. It is ready to hang and come with a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity.
