Original artwork description:

The painting was started en plein air in a blooming garden and completed in my studio. I was fascinated by the play of light and color in the garden of flowering apple trees. When I was working on this picture, I felt that I am not painting the picture, but the picture is painting me. Spring is able to reveal new facets in the artist. The picture turned out bright, saturated in color. The female figure personifies the alluring spring, and the orange evening sky seems to protect her.
