Watercolor is a wonderful technique. It is very flexible. Watercolor can convey the features of texture, it can create the effect of soft smooth transitions from color to color, but at the same time it gives the opportunity to make the necessary details more clear and expressive with the help of brush strokes. That is why I chose this technique to depict a blooming sunflower from life. It was very pleasant for me to draw it, because in many cultures the sunflower is the personification of vital energy, warmth, positivity. The sunflower is a national symbol of Ukraine, it symbolizes joy, goodness and fertility.

The picture is created on high-quality watercolor paper, professional art watercolor paints are used.
