Original artwork description:

During a photography course at a big cat sanctuary in the UK I took photos of this beautiful puma. I placed him here in an imaginary mountain lion landscape and added a small butterfly into the equation. Initially an unfinished monochrome drawing with scant background I recently decided to re-work the composition. I liked the idea of adding just a hint of color to what was otherwise a fairly bleak landscape, I do like to add a bit of hope and light to my work!
