In creating this painting, I sought to capture the profound energy and ephemeral beauty of the ocean at sunset. The fleeting interplay of light and shadow, the slow by powerful movement of the waves crashing into shore —each element is crafted to evoke a sense of awe and contemplation. This piece explores the dual nature of the ocean, seeking to resonate deep emotional currents in the viewer and infuse any space with a sense of tranquillity interwoven with the powerful vitality of nature.

To create this painting I used various range of techniques- from an old traditional glazing/sfumato (gained its popularity in 16th-17th century) and blending to impressionistic impasto.

This original painting would look great in any home décor style. It is ready to hang, can be framed or hung without a frame - this painting is extended over the edges of the gallery wrapped canvas, is wired, signed and dated by me.
