Last year I painted this fox in a different pose and really wanted to return to it again at some point. I loved trying to merge the warmth of fur with the grass, and play with the subtle differences in texture.

The painting it oil on canvas board, mounted and framed in a solid wood frame, and housed behind acrylic glass.
