This is a local landscape seen inspired while waiting in line for food at a nearby Chick-fil-A. There was a time when it was one of the very few places open for business in the area. The cars were lined up double file that night. I captured the scene with brilliant color as usual, this time using shades of bright yellow, red, green, blue and lavender with an attempt to bring some levity to the dire situation. The perspective of the roof and the foreshortening of the cars was an inspiration and joy to paint in my unusual light hearted manner. This painting is unframed with the image painted all the way around the edges. All the needed hardware is attached and the painting is ready to hang on the wall.
