In jeu de boules, measuring can cause a bit of a stir!

We are some serious Jeu de boules players. We love a good game in summer.
As the title says, measuring is an important part of the game, some balls can be very close together, so this can give some fun arguments and jokes!
This fun will always be accompanied with some good white wine or champagne, preferably very cold. We often play this game in the park, and when finished we sit by the campfire and have a good meal with some more drinks and good laughter.

I always work the best oil paints and I prefer Bastogne linnen.
Making a painting like this can take some time, it varies between 4 to 6 weeks.
After it dries a light satin varnish is applied.
