This piece is a tapestry of emotions woven with oil and wax, cast in a dance between figurative, naive, and semi-abstract styles. It speaks of the serene yet vibrant life in a quaint landscape, untouched by the bustle of modernity. Its gentle hues and flowing lines offer a peaceful escape, infusing any space with a calm and heartwarming energy, embodying a distant yet familiar world where simplicity and beauty abound.
The title is from a song by Talking Heads. (All the titles of my paintings are parts of song lyrics). Painted on quality canvas, ready to hang. The sides of the canvas are painted as well. It ships in a box-frame, but can hang without perfectly.
