The essential elements of the magic of Polperro - narrow quaint Cornish fisherman's cottages line the narrow streets, of this charming fishing harbor. Boats moored along a jetty, with excited children crabbing - buckets, lines and fish bait, all part of happy days on holiday in Polperro.
Grey slate roofs, with white textured walls capture the unique architecture of this West Country village. Seagulls squawk and float overhead, waiting to swoop on any unsuspecting holidaymaker who should unwittingly leave anything unguarded in the 'food-chain'. The cries of the gulls, and mix of fresh sea air, leave a lasting impression when viewing this happy memory.
