As the month change from winter to spring there are aspects of blooming as depicted through the bright and light tones in the painting and the iridescent wash to highlight the light and season changes. The richer and deeper tones highlight the transitions from winter, as they are layered with the light iridescent shades to show their dynamic movement and development as they enter spring.
