Here is a short poem on "I'm melting"
I'm yours
You target me everytime
But I give back strong
This time I'm melting
To prove that you are the cause!

You first targeted the flora
and
Now I'm vanishing.
.
And then you stepped onto fauna
You target the innocents
Trapped into yours
Making them dwindling in numbers.
.
You adorn yourself with irresistible pearls
But you feed my oceans with plastics!
.
The dress you wore
The braids you tie with
Taking good care of you.
Calling it a fashion statement -
But
The landfill is ignored !
.
I'm melting, melting and melting !
Not only glaciers but my heart too !
I'm sending Peace messengers
to create a
RENAISSANCE !!!

The painting conceived with blue tones, representing our Mother Earth. When you see closely, I have shown a girl represented as Mother Earth adorned with a beautiful fashionable dress with lace to beautify the neck pattern (showing the fashion industry contribution to the Earth- enormous amount of waste and non-biodegradable materials is generated and ends up as landfill). The embroidered pattern is with florals and plants representing flora, which is exploited and are slowly vanishing. Her neck is adorned with white pearls from the Ocean, but we as humans contribute plastics and oils to the marine world. The two tusks near her chest at the bottom shows the carving for animal products which makes them endangered and eventually extinct.
Who are we to blame ? Ourselves. Because of these and many more factors contributing to the carbon footprint, the glaciers are melting (Ice-capped mountains on top) and our Mother Earth is Melting ! So the depiction of dove shows that PEACE messengers are sent to the World to save our Earth.
