I don’t paint artworks…
In fact, I feel that I rather tell stories; mine, yours… and these stories are triggered by a remote memory, from an old rediscovered book, an obsessive tune, a poem or a game that belongs to childhood. That child inside me asks for a story… and I write him one! Not with words, but with my color palette, using the energy of my brushes and all the passion in my soul.
"Il giardino muto" is a nostalgic representation of the glorious civilizations of the past; majestic and opulent vestiges of an imaginary garden are silently resting in the bottom of the sea, softly cradled by the currents.
