Icy Vigil - by photographer Nick Psomiadis - The Snaefellsness Peninsula is one of the most scenic and beautiful parts of Iceland. Driving through a snow blizzard during my visit in 2018 the conditions were unfavourable for any photography, however just as quickly as the blizzard came upon us it was for a brief moment that the sun broke out and the red roofed suddenly appeared. It was an immediate reaction to get the shot before the light disappeared.
