"Icy Sunrise" is part of a playful series of abstract paintings created to add a smile to your day. This series of paintings are created using a combination of latex and acrylic paints on unfinished maple wood panels. The panels are not cradled so they are a the slim depth of 1/8 of an inch and will fit nicely in a simple standard frame.

"Icy Sunrise" is a painting of new days even in chilliest of seasons. The maple board background peeks out in small parts of the image which is created with latex paint that has been poured on the surface.. The color choice features a field of seafoam green with black streams of paint and a pop of yolk yellow and lavender. This unframed painting is signed on the back.
