During and after last summers wonderful backpacking visit to Iceland, I made many paintings and drawings; some of the most spectacular landscape I have ever walked on.

This acrylic painting is unframed on heavy weight archival watercolour paper which has been sized, primed and finally the painting has been varnished with a silk glaze to protect the surface.
