Original artwork description:

A moment of stillness. A reigning in of his magnificent beauty, of his controlled power, as this white stallion stops to rest. A cool muted palette draws attention to the shadows formed by the strong sunlight. You can almost feel the breeze as his mane settles and his wary eye watches you.

Coloured pencil on Bristol board paper with a touch of white acrylic to add movement to the mane and the odd highlight. Reference photos kindly provided by Karen Broemmelsick.

Signed on the front (on mount) and supplied with a certificate of authenticity.

Sold mounted but unframed. The actual image is A4 in size (30 x 21cm/11.8 x 8.3 inches) . Mounted size 35.5 x 28cm/14 x 11 inches so will fit a standard sized frame.
