Original artwork description:

Mixed media abstract flowers in a contemporary vase. This series is inspired by my dad who created beautiful pottery and sculptures. He was a talented artist and his mother too. During the pandemic in the US I was missing my family being 3000 miles away. I started sketching these vases and found a new connection to my dad. The materials used are from my painting process, using the plastic paint palette as the bottom splotches for texture and reusability. All my work has an underlying theme of reuse and the environment.

Materials used:

recycled materials from old painting gloves, plastics, cardboard, and more to create eco-art on canvas.
